Hello

Hello there, fellow internet user, nice to see you. 

I was thinking about starting - restarting? - a blog for a long time now. Restarting I say, because I used to write a blog for a couple of years back in the day. I was still in Hungary at the time, and a lot of things were different, so before graduating, and before the big move, I just decided to stop writing. 

I bet I am confusing now, should have started with introducing myself first. So hello, my name is Bogca, but most of the people call me Buttercup here. By here I mean Scotland, where I moved with my husband and my pet pug in July, 2014. We were born and raised in Hungary, but we decided to make a big change, so here we are now. On a short note, we both love it here, and even though my mother's tongue is Hungarian, I am going to blog in English, just for the challenge. Sorry, if I make any mistakes, or I am not entirely correct, feel free to educated me. I won't bite your head off. 

So yeah, about my previous blog. I blogged in Hungarian of course, and I think I am going to make this blog my old one's small sister. Same things, same topics, different language, a bit different style. I wrote some make-up posts, lifestyle, recipes, ramblings, so this is what I plan to do here as well. Just whatever I feel like I would like to share with you. We recently bought our first DSLR camera, so you might see some of our random trips in pictures. Oh yeah, because we also recently bought our first car ever, so after 6 months of not seeing anything about Scotland, we can finally have adventures and explore this beautiful country. 

Like I said, I ramble and talk a lot - hence the blog's name. Hopefully I make sense most of the times. :) I am married for almost 2 years now, been with my husband since 2004. I was quite young at the time, we started dating in high school. Long story, I might tell it later on. :) We adopted Panda, our pet pug in 2011, and moved with her to Scotland. She is our baby, our only child so far.

I am a qualified midwife, working in a nursing home at the moment, but my goal is to go back to midwifery this year. 

I think this will do for the first post, hopefully you don't have to wait for too long for the next one.
